At my job as well as my fiance's job (he works at a law firm), there are policies against managers, partners, supervisors getting involved in romantic relationships with subordinates. The policy was implemented so that there is no abuse of power and no room for sexual harrassment (the quid pro quo type of sexual harrassment anyway). Absolutuscchick, this is the type that you have to worry about. In short, the quid pro quo (meaning "this for that") definition states that you have to do something in a sexual manner as a condition to either obtain a job or promotion or to maintain a job.
As someone stated earlier, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING!!!!
