I am having trouble using ancestry.com. I am using their free trial offer which is supposed to let me search all of their databases for free. I entered in information that I know I should have been able to pull up such as MY OWN birth certificate and it said no matches were found. I am getting frustrated. Can any of you who have had positive results help me?
