for a senior pub crawl, thetas on our campus had this saying on their shirt " who says you can't drink like a freshman when you are 21" ... and on the back, it had "sponsered by" and all the bars in our college town
|
this year our shirts read "party like its 1985" because thats when we started.

When we did our pub crawl our saying was "Party like its 1985" Thats when we were found. However i was a sister. Id go with something fun , simple and maybe a lil corny. "Girls just want to have fun" or "these girls know how to party!!"
|
hmm.. a good senior one is 4 years wasted with a beer mug...
them theta girls drink all the beers at the bar.. front and they're like, but there's still more bars... back (kinda lame, i know.) (even though its an old thread) |
what's a "bar crawl?"
|
A bar crawl is going from one bar to the next....you just try to hit all the bars in the area
|
Whoops, our senior year shirt said "Sigma Kappa Alumna" on the front and the list of places and times we would be there on the back. At the time I thought it was great because I had to leave after the second bar to go to a required meeting. After it was over, I turned around and asked someone to tell me where I should be heading to meet up with my sisters. ::scratches head:: Hmm, I didn't even think to question it.
Some of the other crawls I did for other organizations were a little more subtle. My favorite shirt had on the back: a big yellow diamond street sign that would normally show someone walking/crosswalk sign. Ours showed a person crawling instead. In letters underneath, Bar Crawl 19xx. The front had a mini version with Bar Crawl written on the sign. |
All the sororities here do bar crawls for their senior classes in December & May. The key with them is not identifying the sorority (by name or by letters) in whatever you're wearing. For example, the DG chapter here wears sailor hats with "bar crawl" written on them.

Bar Crawl
Back in the day (way back in the day) we called it a walk for development.
Started at the fartherest (sp) bar on 6th ave, had a drink there and kept on going. Stopped at every bar for one drink. And no, not 6th ave NY-Tacoma,WA |
"We like our women like we like our whiskey, aged 12 years and half full of coke."
Ok so maybe thats not appropriate. |
