I have 8 sisters and 2 brothers. I am the third eldest. Growing up in such a large household was very hard. We didn't have much. I remember having to get my sisters old stuff. I couldn't wait to get the heck out of there. My mother kept a tight rope around our necks. I still have sisters and brothers in junior high and high school. Only two of us have graduated from college. The others are doing the college thing now. I hated having to babysit all of the time.

Present:

I absolutely love getting together with all of my sisters and brothers. When we are together, we have a blast. Nothing but laughter for days. I was always considered as the sister that doesn't play. To this day I still have that reputation. My mother better not tell me that she's having problems. All it takes is one telephone call. If have to go over, they know that I am bringing thunder with me. I love all of them dearly. I often wonder when I get old would they put me in a nursing home or something. (lol) They always call me for advice-even the older ones. Gosh, I think I am going to hook up the 3ways.

Why do I feel so left out of this post? Maybe it has to do with the fact that I am the only child. And no, I'm not spoiled at all.

You all are so lucky...I have no stories to tell...(yawn)...I'll just keep reading.
