TKEmanKM, I understand what you are saying but also note, in the original article, that the IFC at Ferris State University - mentioned in the article - fully support the bill. I have not seen the draft bill but don't think it could not be held to include sports teams etc rather than just Greeks?
As for arresting people without the facts, they'd still have to have some reason to make the arrest and it is perhaps worth acting on a suspicion if a grave injustice could be addressed?

In terms of innocent hazing it is a messy topic... but I see your point that the greek community would have a greater spotlight on them with say a scavenger hunt than any other group. Whether or not people would attempt to being criminal proceedings against a greek org for such activities is probably unlikely but in this litigious society, who knows?
