I hope y'all realize that the state of Florida is by no means a Southern State. You will kindly not refer to it in such a way...

honey it is in the south. so that means it is not a northern state. it may not typically be a 'southern state'. but that is where it is: the south

If doesn't snow from October til April, it's the South! (And I mean.. snow each of those months, more than 3 inches at a time, not one rare snowfall every 3 years)

As someone who is Panhandle-born and raised, it's the South. I invite anyone who begs to differ to come home with me at some point. :) We're closer to New Orleans and Atlanta than we are to Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, and Miami.
