I'd rather die with dignity intact. I don't care what other's peoples views on it are. It's no body else's business expect mine.

I say don't violate the wishes of the person in question or, if they didn't leave a living will, the wishes of the next-of-kin (which is the spouse if the person is married). It's horrible that people get the courts involved :(
