Wow!!! Do you think this page is appropiate? I mean I am no fan of perping anything, but to totally ruin someone with a webpage of this magnitude is rather disturbing to me. The site claims to have been authored by an AKA. Do you think it is proper conduct to do this sort of website? it is one thing to post something like the Greek perps of BP site without pics, but they have a pic of the girl up and it is in my opinion, SCARY! ANYBODY who doesn't like you can put your pic up and say that you are a perp. I think it's totally unfair to the young lady (especially if she is not a perp) and somebody should look into this immediately.

I am just sitting here laughing!!!! I did not know that perps would go to the extreme!!!! Well acutally I did. I have seen a page on BP(I don't know the real name) It is something like AKAKiller. What is going on? I believe there are ladies or men for that matter who are trying to cause turmoil. I assume that want you to post negative responses. They are living it up in the negative repsonses. I just think it is funny and the perps are not worth my time! That is what they want!

It's sad if this is true but how do we know if it is true or not? I mean, this girl could have an enemy or two out there and decided to do this. I could easily go to Black Planet and create a website and put AKA_PERP and put a picture up of xyz, whom I can't stand, just to get her in trouble and start confusion, ESPECIALLY if I knew she wanted to pledge AKA too.

The world has too many issues going on now to sit here and get upset over "websites". I know I'm not greek and may not understand, as some may say, but I'm simply being realistic here. Take for example the reason why this topic was posted, come on now, WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND would broadcast "I'm a greek perp".

Sometimes seeing is believing but other times you have to use your GOD GIVEN SENSE. Please stop wasting time on these perp pages.
1) As some on the forum are FINALLY starting to realize you can't tell who is real or who is fake over the Internet - well Sorors have a way, but that is another story
2) Pages can be created by and for anyone, so, as some have stated what if: A hates B, and A knows B wants to be a XYZ, she can then oust her as I believe some of these pages are being used for
2) Garbage sells and you all are buying it - Perps like to start mess and we as Sorors and sisterfriends Rile up our self's
4) Times is so being wasting on this - This is an election year and we have other social problems in this world - PLEASE MOVE ON!!

Now, I am not one to deny anybody a voice but all I say is use your voice WISELY, and spend your time on other things to Benefit better causes!!

I agree with those of you who question the accuracy of these 'perp' sites. For instance, I spoke to an Alpha friend of mine at Southern Illinois University and he informed me that the entire "fake AKA" thing was not exactly what it seemed. He really set the record straight for me. I feel sorry for those women, who have done nothing wrong, yet find their pictures and names plastered all over the internet.

Let's also remember that when someone uses AKA, not all times does that person mean ALPHA KAPPA ALPHA.

There are many usernames out there, sometimes AKA refers to "Also Known As," which may have been the case for AKA_Killer.

No way am I trying to make light of this "perp" situation. It is sick and like someone else said...some folks have TOO much time on their hands...
