Oh, def. prolly the best thread on here! I absolutely love AMC, and I've been watching it since before I was born! Ok, that's a lil dramatic, but my mom's been watching it since she was a teenager, and so I've been around it all of my life.

They need to bring Leo back! (mom told me that he's on some other show...) And I can't wait until Ryan comes back... Both are too hot!

Does anyone else think that Michelle Branch looks like Bianca? Maybe it's just me, but the first time I saw Michelle Branch, I had to do a double take, cuz I thought it was Bianca! :eek: <--(that's for the double take)

Erica Cane is the shiznit! And Jackson is way too hot!

Can't wait for Monday's show... Bianca might tell Erica that she was raped... but I think they'll milk it til Tuesday. What do you think???

I realllly do like Jackson!! And I think that Reggie is sooo cute...I just want to pinch his cheeks (the ones on his face);) :D He tries to be "tough" but you can clearly see how vulnerable he is and really wants Jackson to love him. I thought that the scene where Jackson told him the other day that he thought of Reggie as his son was terrific!

Yeah, and what ever happened to Linc, Phoebe's son? Of all the "original" actors/characters, I think are Joe, Eric and Brooke. Phoebe may show up in small scenes...I haven't heard that she had passed away.. BTW, did you know that she was in Song of the South?? As for ...brain drain...Tad's mom...I still like the original one. And sorry, I like Lee Meriwether, but I liked the original Ruth better in that role (yes, I know she died...didn't see).

Ruth Warrick (Phoebe) was also in Citizen Kane. I believe she is still with us. Surely I would have seen or heard it if she had passed on.

I have never watched AMC until recently. I was intrigued by the Erica/Kendall/Biance commercials so I started tuning in.

I'm still in the dark about most of the storylines, but I'm catching on. I'm sure this thread will help! ;)

I'd love to see Tad the Cad again. He's gotten a little too domestic. He needs to find his player-self and break some hearts. Ted was his look-alike-the real son of that California Vintner who had taken Tad in when he disappeared (fell of the bridge when fighting w/Billy Clyde Tuggle)...anyway, the wine lady took Tad in b/c her son, Ted disappeared as a child, and Tad looked just like him, so she assumed he was Ted. Meanwhile, the real Ted shows up in Pine Valley & shakes things up there. Looong time ago. Gee-you can't tell that came from a soap opera, can you?

Your side note is hilarious-I'll have to go back and see that...and I know this is the wrong thread, but Stuart whats-his-name who plays Alan Quartermaine on GH was PRince Charming in the movie version of the musical Cinderella.

Where's Palmer, anyway?

I TIVO'd Soapdish (the movie w/Sally Field) this a.m....may have to watch it later when I take a study break!
