He didn't tell you that just to keep you from doing it.It is called Third Party Disclosure and it is a big deal.Depending on what you say to the third party,it can be grounds for a huge winnable lawsuit.You have to be extremely careful about what you say in customer service.However,I am sure that laws vary from state to state.

Actually, don't show your father that Im message lol. It makes you look really bad. Whoever was on the guy's office computer was being overly familiar, not the guy with an account with your dad.

That is also something he made clear to you when he came on.

You just lost your temper and are seeking to justify it by giving us the guys bad patment record.

His bad payment record isn't really relevant because its good enough that you have kept him as a client.

Losing him as a client isn't the worst part about it. Any one loss isn't the end of the world. However, one piece of negative feedback can keep ten new clients away from you because people talk about the negative more than the positive.

I'd say if he was harrassing you, saying "Leave me alone" is one of the worst things you can do. Nothing obligates you to respond to him; he'd get bored a lot faster if you ignored him.

If you were on AIM, I'd say nothing after one time and start warning him thereafter. If the warn level gets up to 100, they get kicked off and can't get back on for so long. (I think a half hour, but aren't sure.)
