Sad to hear
 

This same thing happened at the Phi Sigma Kappa house at Arizona State. Once they found out that they were being kicked off they destroyed their house. They turned it pretty much into a trash dump. My fraternity came in, and is now renting the house. And over the course of the past year have pretty much rebuilt the entire house.

The Stupidity of these few Morons in overwhelming!:mad:

Just what they try to prove by destroying propery that they for the reason for bing thrown off of Campus and out of their Org.

I think, if the ones were to be proven as the ones who did this, they should be expelled for life and charged and prosucuted along with sued! End of sentence!

If I was from their National, I would fry their asses big time!:)

Sort of off-topic, but be careful of renting and making major improvements. Theta Xi is renting the old AEPi house here, and they have really made it a great house. The only thing is that the AEPi alumni won't let them buy the house off of them because they want to try to recolonize, so all of their improvements are pretty much for naught. The moment AEPi gets permission to recolonize, Theta Xi is kicked out. Therefore, Theta Xi is looking to join the new Greek Row that's being build on our campus, but still, they've put so much work into that house and they can't even take it with them. AEPi reaps all of the benefit.
