I can't wait to hear where your new home is, Adrienne! Everything you've posted thus far shows that you're a sweetheart so at least I know it won't be Slytherin (although I can think of a person or two who might fit right in there :D ) |
Really, it's killing us, too, to keep these secrets. I am just dying to spill it all...
Right, Adrienne??? ;) |
so when will we get to find out what's going on? if you can't tell us just yet, why not just tell us when we can look forward to reading about it? :D ;) :)

To be honest, there's a few things that have to be lined up first. When I get notified, so will you. :D I really don't know *exactly* when that's going to be, so let's just say some time this summer. If you think waiting is tough on you, it ain't no picnic on my end either. :D You don't know how much it means not only to find your home at last, but to have everyone on here pulling for you. :::snif::: Adrienne (PNAM-2003) :D |
WHAT SHE SAID!!!

Good Luck Adduncan!
At least you're not waiting alone, with all of us here with you! |
*bump* :)
I hope your AI quest is going well! please keep us posted!! |
Thanx folx. :)
No news yet--the wheels seem to go slowly. I'm going to have a LOOOOOONG story to tell when this is over including some new details that may be useful for future PNAMs and maybe something helpful for the future alums facing AI from their end. Sorry I haven't been around much lately. There's a lot going on, I just haven't advertised it. My older sister-in-law has been living with us for several months while she gets treatment at M. D. Anderson for a sarcoma. (She's doing great, in spite of the fact that she's getting one of the more hard-core chemo regimens we dish out!) She's one of my biggest cheerleaders in the AI process. We've had a parade of family members visiting and staying w/ us during this time as well. It's work but for the first time Mr adduncan and I have family *living with us*, and it's incredible!!! Just today I got back from a whirlwind vacation/work conference in Boston. (I know, and I'm sorry to all the GCers out there that I couldn't meet up with....next time, there will be a next time.) I got to visit my old stomping grounds and Mr. A saw me in my "native habitat" for the first time. (I strongly recommend the Boston Park Plaza hotel, if anyone's travelling up there. :) ) One more--my work situation is normally idyllic, but last week the one administrator who we never expected to go postal....did. Oh yeah, I'm looking forward to work in the morning..... Be ready for a really lengthy epistle when it's time to break the AI news!!!! {{{{{{{{{{{{{EVERYBODY}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}} Adrienne (PNAM-2003) |
Hang in there, Adrienne!! I'm right there with you. All I have to report is that I have nothing new to report. Still thinking that it may be fall before I know anything definite.
|
Adrienne, it's terrific to hear from you.
I can't wait to hear what you have got to say. I have a feeling that you will find your way into your "Hogwarts" home soon! ;) |
waiting for you to say....
