For the past three years I've worked as a lifeguard/pool manager at a community pool, it was the greatest job. I spent all day outdoors, worked with kids, swam on breaks and got to use the pool whenever I wanted after hours. Doing this I would make all the money I needed for the school year and I didn't have to work while I was in school. This year my lifeguarding license expired and I decided not to renew it because I didn't have the money for the class and because I wanted to take summer classes. So I went for my first job interview in many years on last monday for Sears, I got the job, it's in the Lawn and Garden department I went in for orientation today and I start training tomorrow. I'm kind of excited about the new job but I really think i'm going to miss my old one.

I'm working for the first time this summer as an intern for a law firm back home.... they also have a branch near my school, so hopefully at the end of the summer they'll transfer me over there!

XOXO,
Annie.

I'm working as a law clerk for a criminal defense firm. I have no clue what the job pays - I was so happy to get it that I didn't want to ask - it'll be nice to have an income again - we're not allowed to work at all our first year which sucks so much!

I have 2 jobs right now, but when school starts, it'll go down to one. The one I'm keeping is working for a radio station as a morning show dj. The one that I'm kicking to the curb is as a counter rep for a drycleaners (no I don't press or clean clothes, just helping customers). I get $7.50 at the cleaners and $6.50 at the station. When school starts I will need to be taking out some loans, cause the 1st national bank of mom & dad is as broke as I am
