Today was a special day for our new deltas because we had initiation on founders day! I am happy that the greek community supports our 152 years of success and sisterhood.

LA Area Founders Day
 

On Sunday, May 18, LA, Orange County and Santa Barbara-area alumnae gathered with UCLA collegians and their mothers to celebrate Alpha Delta Pi’s 152nd anniversary at the UCLA chapter house.

The day kicked off with the alumnae Jewel Degree ceremony. Congratulations to the recipients and thanks to the ritual readers!

In addition to a fabulous lunch prepared by the UCLA Chapter House Mother, the house was lovingly decorated by UCLA collegians. An opportunity drawing raised over $100, which is to be donated to the UCLA chapter for house improvements/scholarships.

Alumnae and ADPi moms were also treated to house tours. A photographer was on-hand to capture this very happy event.

The lunch closed with ADPi songs, and the UCLA collegians whisked their mothers away to a fun-filled afternoon at the Getty Museum.

With over 70 women in attendance, this event was truly a success!

I just wish ADP would look at coming back to a Tuff Campus, Mine!!:)
