And I must say, I am impressed at the level of maturity and the manner in which you handle yourself. Especially in times of conflict/controversy. You manuvered(sp?) some pretty difficult conversations honestly and with a type of TACT and maintained respect that is characteristic of a Sigma Woman, a woman of substance.;) I am very glad that you found a sisterhood that appreciates and values the substance of who you are (regardless of race).
