And I must say, I am impressed at the level of maturity and the manner in which you handle yourself. Especially in times of conflict/controversy.

You manuvered(sp?) some pretty difficult conversations honestly and with a type of TACT and maintained respect that is characteristic of a Sigma Woman, a woman of substance.;)

I am very glad that you found a sisterhood that appreciates and values the substance of who you are (regardless of race).

You will be ever grateful that you continued your research and found the sisterhood that was right for you.

I would like everyone to welcome 2 undergrad neos, Kamori Smith and Jami Thompson, to the family. The ladies were inducted last night, into the Western Region. Jami
attends San Jose State and Kamori is at the University of Phoenix.
