I'm actually going to have to agree with James on this one.
I never eat afterwards.

Before... strawberries and champagne (so cliche, but so good) or tiramisu.

After... I like to go out to breakfast when you wake up in the morning and get granola pancakes with fruit or an omelette... it's not so much what you eat but just going out in public in all your sex-haired glory.
