My mother cracks me up, she goes shopping with me and my sister, we pick out what we want and she makes us lesve the store while she pays for it. :D This year we even helped wrap our presents. And for my birthday...she almost got away with buying me a realy pretty chess set right in front of me. My sister and I, however, have gotten really good at hiding presents from her. We bought her a fountain to go out side her bedroom door and it's been in HER trunk for the past 2 weeks. Also, my dad bought her a new wedding ring (she lost hers this year) and he's managed to pay for it without her knowing, eventhough she takes care of the money. The to add to her confusion, today she and my sister went to an antique store where there was a tea cart that she wanted. It was gone and the clerk said something about my sister being the one who bought it (which she was not). So now my mom is convinced that my dad got it for her. Christmas will be a big surprise for her (not so much for the rest of us)
Merry
Christmas!

Ah, come on.

JAM is so much younger, if I flirted you'd call me a dirty old man.

I'm not that old.

Not one surprise this year for me.
You would think that being gone for five months might buy a parent some time to get one little thing. My mom purposefully waited for me to come home so we could do all the shopping together. I'm used to doing that, but she broke her tradition of going out by herself at least once so I can be all, "Hey, I don't remember picking that out with you."
It doesn't help when my b-day is five days before Christmas and I have to go through the same thing twice in one week. At least I managed to surprise everyone with what I got them.
Well, there's always next year.

Happy Holidays to everyone! :)

I knew what I was getting because I was there when my mum bought it for me. We would walk through the mall and I would see something I liked and my mum was like ok, it'll be for christmas so there weren't too many surprises. However I got the best gift. When I was little and when Care Bears were big I always wanted Tenderheart Bear (he the brown one with the heart on his stomach) so anyway, my mum looked everywhere for hom but she could never find him, so I guess I was about 4, I eneded up getting the pink bear with the rainbow on her stomach. So anyway, I was opening up a present and inside was Tenderhwart Bear. I was so excited. 18 years later I finally have my Tenderheart bear!!!!!!!

Once again, Christmas proves that age holds no bonds!

No matter what the gift, it is the thought that counts!:) The love behind it is the true part of Christmas!

And yes I tear up when I see some of the things on GC as I Care about you all!!!!! Thank You Rudey, to DeltaAlum and JMOM,
GOD BLESS!:)

And to each and everyone of you!:D
