Love the first idea adpiucf! I'll bring it up with the other advisors. I know it must be a bit of a whirlwind for our Alphas who are not only new to sorority life, but a new colony to boot!

We really haven't had any major issues with retention (that I know of), but with 200 new Alphas, I'm sure it's hard to get everyone's thoughts on how each one is doing.

Having a good diamond sister can make a huge difference. One of my good friends did not want ADPi (it was her third choice) and planned on dropping. However, her diamond sister really changed her attitude and she is now a very happy initiated Delta!
