We’re (me and my girl) about to go out to eat to Red Lobster.

Last night we had roasted acorn squash curry with rice. It was so good.

Does anyone have a recipe for those little potatoes, boiled, then smashed on a baking sheet & baked? I have the potatoes, and a clue, but I'm interested in seeing what y'all would do with them.

Hot Sausage link sandwich and Chips

Chicken Strips with mixed veggies and a non-fancy version of the smashed potatoes. They were a hit!

I ordered pizza tonight.

Spaghetti, salad and garlic toast. Yum. :)

I had some amazing nachos from the local Mexican place.

:D AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS take-out tomato basil soup with a mixed cheese/grilled cheese half-crepe. PERFECT eats for the just-turned-much-cooler weather.

Hot dogs, popcorn and scary movies in bed tonight. :)

Ranch style beans and rice.
