Well, I took them to the laundry at my mom's condo complex. The load was too big and overflowed the room, plus when they were done half of it hadn't even gotten wet (this is the conforter + the sheets), so i had to rewash them in seperate machines. But yeah, it worked out

So yeah, I did wash them after all. And let me tell ya, flannel sheets feel GOOD.

One year, ALL the schools were plagued with alternating infestations of head lice and pin worms. It was epidemic! I did so much laundry I burned the motor out on my washer and became brain damaged (I think) from all the Lysol I sprayed...

When the next round came (and until every mother ADMITS it and treats it, the cycle won't stop) I took all the heavy stuff to a Laundromat.

I've seen those sheets advertised in the Bean catalogue. Always thought about them, but wondered if they might be too warm for our climate. Yet, I soooo love flannel.

I WAS going to ask if those sheets get hot, but decided to reword it!:p

I love flannel sheets! They keep you warm but not hot. You can pick up a set at Target for cheap if you're concerned they'd be too hot. Give 'em a spin. ;)

I could never handle flannel sheets. I like to have that smooth material between me and blankets. I know that flannel's soft and everything, but... I dunno, I guess it's just what I grew up with.

I always wash stuff before I wear or use it. Shirts and stuff come with formaldehyde in them so they don't catch on fire in the truck or whatever, and they're full of chemicals from the packaging. I have super-sensitive skin, so I have to be careful about stuff.

Stan honey (and any other guys who do this) let's talk about laundry,
If you are going to wash and cram so much in the machine that it over flows and doesn't get wet.... don't bother washing!!! :)
Seriously, it has to have room to aggitate (sp?)--so they can get clean and smell good!!!
Girls like clean smelling clothes, bedding ,etc.!!!!!;)

My rule for home is (when my other half does laundry) cut the load size in half and double the soap--- I know this could be dangerous--but in my house this works perfectly!!!!

DeltaSigStan, Don't worry about it-EVERYONE screws up a load or two of laundry! Heck, I still shrink things if I'm not keeping an eye out.

What IS amazing is that we have a 2 pager on this subject! LOL!

The day my son does his first load...without me.....I will KNOW he is a MAN!:D

I never wash anything before I wear/use it--might have to return it if something is wrong, and if it's sheets, then don't really feel the need to wash them... I tried switching from flannel to regular this year because I got this cool pattern, and had to switch back a week later to my flannels... gotta be soft!

Don't worry Stan, I was washing my stuff in the dorm washers (very small) and they started to shake, AND my red and white shirt dyed everything pink, and I separated them! :(

Wash them.. if you don't things will accumulate there... It's just like wearing the same clothes every single day. Maybe make the trip down to the laundromat with 'em.

This movie is weird. Original sin. I thought they would show more boobeis. Anyway, washing sheets is a pain in the ass.
