The reason I workout is fear of becoming obese. Most women in my family are overweight. I'm not trying to become a statistic and I'm not trying to use genetics as an excuse.
I noticed my butt spreading and figured I better do something about it before it gets out of control. I only want to shed 10-15lbs. I hope I can do it. |
What kind of workout is everybody doing?
I will admit that I am part of the statistic. This week I finally started back working out. I have been walking for an hour on the treadmill. Then some light weight training. The main reason I want to lose weight is because I model at home. And I want to get to a weight that I can feel good at. And also diabetes is a problem in our family. :p |
