When I pledged in 2007, my chapter used very decorated wooden arrows...maybe I can hunt down a picture. I made a bit of money on the side because my dad made a bunch of them :p We didn't have pledge class paddles past like 2001.

Thanks Navane! We used to call the "vintage" paddle the "Absolut Bottle" paddle LOL

It's the size I prefer, though. But with decorations.
