One thread for each offers us the opportunity, as those who have gone through rush, to personalize the experience for each one, and respond to each person directly. This makes it easier on the rushee to find the information he or she is requesting, and also allows for him/her to feel the same in terms of personalization.

I just wanted to let you all know that there is one big umbrella topic for rush this fall where people can post their rush experiences (it's called Fall Rush 2001), but if everyone is going to do individuals then maybe that one will just become obsolete.
