Just let me add my pearl of advice about COB. COB should be easy and fun. Your chapter does not need to wear itself out thinking of parties and themes. Great advice to just let your younger members bring a friend or classmate to coffee or ice cream to meet another chapter member or two. Offer a bid on the spot if you feel a connection. Just grow that good pledge class bit by bit and let it bloom.
