How would they even know that a member of their sorority had transferred to their campus so they could make her affiliate? Plus as long as I can remember, a vote has been required to affiliate members of NPCs.

Not every NPC sorority requires a chapter vote to affiliate transfer members.

We've had this discussion before.

And the obvious caveat:a transfer should be very sure that she is (a) going to fit in at the new campus/chapter (b) she can meet all the financial obligations at the new chapter.

FWIW, as a university recruiter, we consider current college and HS students as Gen Z and are adapting the workplace needs/wants/what-have-you to their characteristics.
