That is correct. Reading over my post I realize I didn't make that very clear. I meant: When I moved to CA, I had a hard time finding a plate that was available. I tried the Harry Potter ones, all were taken except for RAVNCLW, which is the one I have. If one of the others, which I prefer, is not currently issued in PA, I can have it there regardless of whether it's issued in CA.
