Sorry for the late post, my server was down.
So last night was such a blast. We went to three houses and had a break in the middle.
Last night we went to

Alpha Chi O

#5) My aunts were both presidents of this chapter a number of years ago, so right of I wanted to like this house. The skit was cute but not super original it was a spin on American Idol. Decorations in the house were great. I had some awsome conversations with the girls in the house. They tried to talk about things other then rush but it felt strange. I had a really great converstaion with one of the girls, so that was super positive. Overall though this house lacked energy. But I'd like to come back and get to know more girls.

#6) I was no a big fan of this house at all. First of they don't have an acctual house. And my Rho Chi said they got it taken away for doing something illegal. (yikes). They had like NO spirit at all, they almost seemed irritated to have to go through recruitment. Overall I got the same sense at this house that I did at #3. It's not one of my favorites.

We took a break here and got Ice Cream and mexican food. It was nice to take a break because we were all getting super tired. It was also nice to chat with my Rho Chis and the other girls in our group about how everyhting is going.

#7) I absolutly loved this house, I think it's my favortie I've seen overall. The theme was candy land and the girls were having so much fun doing the skit even though it was there fourth time that evening. They seemed to genuily like going through rush. I talked with allot diffrent girls and each one was amazing. When the next girl would come up to talk I honestly didn't want the previous girl to leave. I can deffinetly see my self in this house, and I really hope they inviete me back.

I am just loving recruitment but also gettting a little nervous about second rounds. I feel so close to some of the houses that I know I would be hurt. I know that all will turn out for the best though.

Thanks for all the positive encouragment and such. As for the chapter without a house. Well, I really didn't feel a connection with the girls in the first place, so that fact that they may or maynot have been involved in something innappropriet, didn't really sway me one way or the other. I understand that my Rho Chis are supposed to be impartial and on everything else they have. It was not my Rho Chi who brought up why they lost the house, another girl in my rush groups older sister was at this school when they "lost" their house. My Rho Chi said that is the rumor on campus, but no one is certain of what happened. Sorry I didn't clarify that better in my first post. I tottaly understand that a Rho Chi is supposed to be impartial and overall my Rho Chis have been absolutly incredible. Tonight I see my last four houses!

HI ya'll. Sorry It took me so long to post. Part of rush for me, has been that I never have time to do all my school work. So I've been burried in my books for the last few hours.
Last night was great, but I was really tired by the last few houses.

Last night I went to
tri delt
Chi O
Pi Phi
Alpha Phi

I wore a red cotton sundress and a white cardigan. I guess I felt a little over dressed because almost all the ohter girls were in jeans. But my cousin who was an ADPi picked out my clothes and I went with her sugestions.

#8) This house was very pretty. Right on the water, with a big florida room. The girls were all very sweet but not terribly friendly. They as a whole I just didn't click here. The skit was a play on TRL, and well though out but it didn't, stand out from any othe skit.

#9) This house had allot of diverse girls. They did a Brady bunch skit and it was adorable. Really cheesy but in it's own way very cute. I was double rushed here which I find really umcomfotable. That's probebly why I didn't connect with these girls because, I never really got to talk with them. They were tottaly sweet but not super into greek life.

#10) This was a great house. They had a Movie theme and the skit was soooo good. You could tottaly tell that they put some serious effort into putting it together. More then anything it was clear that these girls were having a great time together and really liked each other. I was only rushed by one girl her for the whole time. However, she was really sweet and easy to talk to. but near the end we were talking about random stuff, like resturants and movies. I'd deffinetly like to go back here and talk with more of the girls to get a better feel for the house.

#11) I didn't get a good vibe from this house. The skit was okay and my converstaions were deffinetly not anything deep or connected. They kept talking about how much fun they have, and how much they party, which makes me think that they really don't, like they were over-compensating. Some other girls really liked this house, which makes clearer how certain houses are tottaly ment for certain girls.

Then we came back and ranked hour houses. Mine were as follows

I find out about where I'm going on Tuesday. When that happenes I'll tell you which house was which number. and we can start all new.

You mean that I have to wait until Tuesday for an update? I can't stand the anticipation!!! I hope that you get what you want. :)
