we go the same school, but different campus. |
My school's actually pretty good about not nickel-and-diming people. I think parking's about 50/year--and we're an "urban" campus. HOWEVER, tuition is a bitty--over 22K a year, but that covers everything except room and board--no extra charges for using the computer labs or anything. Everything's cleaned daily. We don't have to pay upfront for much, other than books (but don't get me started) and personal items.
As much as I complain, I guess I don't have that much to complain about. |
22K! I don't live on campus so it's cheaper but I only pay probably around 1100 per semester for tuition and fees! Not counting books... I don't actually pay that though... I get a $700/semester waiver for being in the school's orchestra:cool:

isn't edumacation priceless? Sorry, I feel all your pain, you don't even wanna know what graduate school is doing to my non-existing wealth. Seriously though, charging students to park per credit, that's a very odd thing to penalize students who want to take more classes...
Good luck this year folks, hope you get your "dollars" worth er whatever the grand total becomes:confused: - AXPAlum |
Over here we have to pay $2 a day to park. For students that go 5 days a week that is $10 a week. 16 week semester comes up to $ 160 a semester to park. And of course tuition was raised 18% in the last year.
