Great news for IU TPA! Surprised that the other non housed sorority did not summited application to lease.

Update: The terms of the lease were finalized, Theta Phi Alpha now has a house.

DPhiE has been struggling for numbers and almost moved into the old SAM house last year, but backed out. ASA has an office space for the next few years. I could see ASA getting a house if they continue to do well, but it wouldn't be for a while.
