It’s bid day! I’m so excited to find out where I’m running home to today, even if it’s my 3rd choice. Bid day was held in a parking garage, and it was sadly much more lowkey and rushed than it would be in any normal year.

I opened my bid envelope slowly and methodically, because I wanted it to look nice so I could save it.

It was worth it though, because I ended up becoming a proud new member of…
