My boyfriend pinned me in college, but his brothers never did anything to him besides make sure he got really drunk at our party. ;) At our ceremony, my boyfriend said that he was giving me his pin as a way to unite the two most important things in his life. Because I understood what it meant for him to allow me to wear his letters, I think it made that statement that much more special to me.

BTW, we had 6 candlepassings in 1 semester when I got pinned. It was insanity!
