I think my personal style is mostly trendy, but I do have some classic pieces that I stick to as well. Besides wearing my sorority shirts a lot, I like to mix up my personal style most of the time, depending on the current trends. Accessories are really important to me, so I change my jewerly according to how it matches or enhances my outfit. I have a lot of black shirts in different styles, of course, because they go with anything. As for a going out outfit, I'll wear either nice black pants or a pair of hip hugger jeans with a cute shirt. Oh, and I can't forget my nice black dresses that I wear if I want to get a bit more dressed up for a night out.

On casual days (which are most days), I'm a jeans and flip-flops girl (I have lived on the beach for the past 5 years!). I must own about 10 pairs of flip flops in every style imagineable and about 30 pairs of jeans. I usually wear something plain on top, whether is be a tank-top or sweater.
My dress up isn't much different - I wear really simple stuff - a lot of black, white and tan. My typical 'going out' outfit is tailored black pants, a fitted white shirt and a long tan coat with simple black heels. J.Crew, Banana Republic and I.N.C. dominate my closet, and for fun stuff I go to Urban Outfitters or Anthropologie. To spice things up I LOVE accesories - from hats to scarfs to jewelry. My favorites are my black cashmire skull cap, REALLY long tan scarf and beaded necklaces (I have a fetish for the 60s so a lot of my stuff is Bohemian) I will never be seen without my silver diamond earings or chunky silver watch. |
