Perhaps the Sigmas in the long run didn't make a good choice...but I can guaran-damn-tee you, that if their headquarters hadn't prohibited it, there are chapters of NPC groups out there that would have made the EXACT same choice.

So stop the local bashing now - and concentrate the bashing where it belongs - on sleazy MTV and their lousy editing.

Thank you Sheila, I wish there were more GC chatters like you :)

I can only speak for the greek community at UC Davis, but NO other chapter has a "Pledge House". It's completely an MTV thing for filming purposes!

Pledge house, hah!

We can barely afford to pay the bills on our frat house, please. Damn, I'd kill for even an INFLATABLE pool at our house.... only on the west coast I suppose, heh.

Since I don't have cable at home and never got to watch Sorority Life, I had no clue Greek 101 was sponsoring it. Just to let everyone know though, Greek 101 is one of the worst companies selling greek merchandise because its a) poor quality b) way overpriced and c) they never get their merchandise shipped out when they say they will. One of my sisters ordered a few shirts from them and got them TWO MONTHS LATER. Greek 101 sucks.
