I have been using the Gaiam/Living Arts Beginner and Intermediate Pilates tapes Ana Caban. I had recently ordered the Winsor Pilates system and I am trying to adjust to a whole new way of doing Pilates. On the Advanced tape, there are two exercises that I can't do, but I try my best. Nevertheless, I love Pilates. However, I am tempted to try the Balance Ball workout. Can anyone recommend a tape? http://www.handykult.de/plaudersmili...tur/petals.gif http://www.handykult.de/plaudersmilies.de/cool.gif http://www.handykult.de/plaudersmilies.de/monalisa.gif

I love Abs of Steel with Tamilee Webb. The exercises are really good. What I like about Tamilee is that she isn't one of those annoying fitness video people who keeps yelling to you in one those high-pitched, overly-perky voices, "C'mon! You can do it! YEAH!!!!!" Ugh. Tamilee is pretty low-key so you don't want to throw something at the TV while you're working out.
I agree. I work out with the Abs of Steel tape almost everyday. After three weeks, I am starting to see results. It really does work. I also have Thighs of Steel too. That workout is no joke. :D

ChiOJenn78,

Power 90 is pretty good, if you stick with it. There are basically two different workouts, cardio and circuit. You do cardio one day, and the circuit the next day. There are also two different levels of the workout. I was really sore after the first week doing it! But I like to vary my workouts, so I don't do it like you are supposed to. Let me know if you want to know anything else about Power 90. I'll be glad to help.

Hi!

Bumping this thread and the other one for the Summer! :)
I saw someone (Jadey28?) was asking about videos? I knew there was a specific thread or so.

Maybe they can be merged, too. :)

Not exactly a workout tape, but a great workout nonetheless.

If you have a playstation, get Dance Dance Revolution and a dance mat to go with it. Once you get the hang of it, its an amazing workout. I sweat more in 20 minutes of playing that I do from an hour on the eliptical trainer.

I guess I need my exercise thinly disguised as a video game to get me to do it.

AGREED! I love DDR with all of my heart! It is a great workout!!

The Goddess Workout Bellydance DVDs are awesome. After just 10 minutes you feel it. Not to mention you get lots of stretching in.

I love me some Taebo. I've been using the tapes since February and I'm in love with the results I've seen and felt. I understand why so many celebrities have jumped on the Billy Blanks bandwagon.
