whoa
 You know what blue, I personally feel that 15 is waaayyy to many to have online but it is possible...I was from a line of 8.... The true purpose of line is somehow lost if there are 50,60,70 people.... so numbers are not everthing I would rather have 5 quality individuals rather than 25 pieces of S. H. I. T ( stank hoes in training) ;).. but seriously all these large lines have people that slip through the cracks and they are not worth the paper that was printed with their ragged names saying they are "Now Greek'' ...all hail to those people that can produce quality not quanity

I feel you on that, but it's not totally left to the chapter's discretion. Some "governing" body (regional director, chapter advisor, etc) has to approve the chapter's selections. And if the chapter tries to only pull through the two A+ caliber individuals (out of 400), the HNICs will think something's up (only picking your friends, pre-pledge weeding-out, etc), and make the chapter add another thirty B caliber folks. As tight as all the orgs' HQs have gotten on hazing, small selection percentages will always signal something isn't flying right. I think the ideal solution would be to institute both an application and a line cap on the National level. IE... only the first 300 applications submitted will be reviewed, and from those, a maximum of 40 individuals will be selected. Representing that 1913... D.I.R. |
lines that big are ridiculous....when you're on line, you are supposed to be "1" with all the others...i know it was hard enough for us with only 7, i can't imagine 50+!!

Eboni, speak on that, the hnic's they kill me!!!! If there were a cap(with dst anyways) the oversized lines would be gone. That's not a bad idea, I mean you could really get the Kreme of the crop. Again, I was on line with 11 other girls, that was hectic. I honestly don't see how the bonding sisterhood experience can get knitty gritty with that many people.

It was hectic for me too Soror! I was #11 on #12 line.
