Well I kicked one big habit coming up on 8 years ago...my Marlboro lights habit
I am a nail biter and the only thing that stopped that is getting my nails done...acrylic tips Other bad habits I would like to get rid of: Flying off the handle (shooting first and asking questions later) Procrastination starting something and not finishing it not drinking enough water (or any fluid for that matter) emotional eating holding grudges, even when people SO deserve it |

1. Not saying what I have to say and being done with it. Especially if you don't react to me the way I think you should. (I am sure my husband would appreciate this!)
2. Giving it to God for real, and not going back and editing it! He does not need my assistance. 3. Stop allowing my son to eat so many refined foods, I think he may turn into a Pop Tart. |

I need to stop: procrastinating letting my laundry pile up the poor management of my time driving fast not washing my car worrying about what other people think of me wonderful1908 hit the nail on the head with this: 2. Stop being afraid to do things by myslef----->I went to the gym by myself today!!!! I am slowly but surely improving. 6. Stop being such a procrastinator 7. Stop cursing completely----->an occasional bad word will slip out 8. Stop having sex with my boyfriend.----->this is going to be very tough but he supports and understands.:D 9. Stop worrying about everything----->leave it up to God. 10. Stop picking and chewing on my lips----> it looks gross when I do it |
