I have just completed a 7 week Pilates class at the YMCA. Last night I signed up for the next 7 weeks and also added Yoga! So now my schedule will be- Monday 7-8pm Yoga, Tuesday 7:15-8:15 Pilates, and Thursday 7:15-8:15 Pilates! I am so excited! On my days off (Sun, Wed, Fri, Sat) I am going to walk. I have the best Pilates/Yoga instructor (same woman for both)! She is so calm and relaxing! All about the aura!!!
