Here's a tip your chapter may want to consider for your next recruitment, which my daughter's chapter does: members who are over a certain height must wear flats, and members under that height must wear heels. I think the cut-off is 5'8". It helps keep anyone on a similar level with the PNMs.

THIS is the best statement I've seen by a PNM in a VERY long time. Going Greek is an amazing experience, and with an attitude such as this, PNMs can maximize their chances of doing so. Kudos to you. Delta Zeta is lucky to have you :)

It's so easy to get caught up in the rankings and ideas, so much so that girls drop based on name alone. I truly believe if they full emerged themselves in their sorority, they would realize it was meant to be.
