There's not a snowball's chance in hell that FratPAC can get something passed that revokes Title IV for shutting down fraternities in a knee jerk reaction. Is that what you're suggesting? The DOE has a bigger problem right now with making sure that Title IV recipients in the private sector meet graduation outcomes.

To clairfy: I haven't read much about this current FratPAC action because even the name "FratPAC" makes me roll my eyes. Is this what they're suggesting?

The web link below is an updated article.....

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2015/0...n_6966504.html

"A plan being pushed by national fraternity groups to block colleges from investigating rape claims in certain cases is facing mounting opposition from fraternity and sorority members, as well as from sexual assault advocates"

"......Taylor Fugere, a member of Kappa Alpha Theta and co-founder of Greeks Against Sexual Assault at the University of California, Berkeley, called it a "ridiculous" proposal. She argued that it would actually increase the burden on the national organizations to police their members' actions."

There is a lot of very good information inside this article from undergradugate Greek members.
