If 1395 signed up, my money is on there being about 1050 PNMs with bids. They usually have about a 75% bid rate (a lot of drop outs--Greek life is big but not an absolute must at U of I). But that doesn't answer your question as to how many are left right this moment lol

Oooh! I have a connection now of someone's daughter who is a Gamma Chi right now! She said that out of her 'group' today, that only ~3 were dropping!!!

Has anyone heard anything? I helped with rush this past weekend. Last I heard, about 300 had dropped. Have yet to hear how many and who each chapter took except Chi O has a cute video on YouTube re 2014 recruitment that says they took 55. I'm traveling so not at the house to join in all the fun. Sad.

About 300 dropping sounds right on par for U of I. If Chi O and Alpha Phi both took 55, I'm betting that's quota! I have no sources , this is all just speculation lol

Just googled that video, Sunflower State...looks like the Chi O video is from Illinois State, not U of I :) So please ignore my prior speculation
