Ouch Amy,
I injured my left rotator in a skiing accident many years ago. I had to use my right arm to lift my left one to typewriter level for weeks. I still get just a little twinge, but it healed fairly well. It took several months, though, as I recall. |
Took me two years, but I don't like going to doctors. Ruined my workout schedule. I was able to find some exercises for the rotator cuff and now do them religiously. Started off with light weights and did them for months before building up. I am very careful now as I am afraid of a reinjury which might require surgery.
