I'm also an ENFP. I took it administered by a professional at a work training a few years back. I'm about as strong on the N and the P as you can get, and was only maybe one point into the E (I feel more like an I).

I'm and ENFP, with the P very close to a J

DreamfulSpirit 02-26-2014 08:53 AM

I'm an ESFJ as well!

AGDee 02-26-2014 05:25 PM

INFJ here.

INTJ for the win, with KSUViolet! We're "The Mastermind"

I have no idea what I am. I'm read descriptions, and I fall solidly in the middle on some things. At work, I'm one way, and at home on my time, I'm a different way.

As far as I can guess, I'm a:

E (with the need for I on a semi regular basis)
S (This is the only one I'm sure of)
T (But I can get very emotional over situations that shouldn't affect me in any way, so I could be an F)
P at home, J at work

I took the test on 16 personalities!

I'm an ESFP. So pretty close to what I thought! There's a few parts of it I don't agree with (I'm pretty much the anti-ESFP when it comes to parenting), but it's pretty close.

INFP here. I am nowhere near being borderline E...which is fine. I'll just go stand over here in a corner by myself.

I love personality tests.

I used to be straight ENFJ but now I'm more borderline ENFJ/ENFP. Don't know why/how that changed. I just took all four of the above tests and scored ENFJ on two of them and ENFP on the other two. SO I guess I'm pretty split. I think I still align better with ENFJ though.

ENFJs are the benevolent 'pedagogues' of humanity. They have tremendous charisma by which many are drawn into their nurturant tutelage and/or grand schemes. Many ENFJs have tremendous power to manipulate others with their phenomenal interpersonal skills and unique salesmanship. But it's usually not meant as manipulation -- ENFJs generally believe in their dreams, and see themselves as helpers and enablers, which they usually are.

ENFJs are global learners. They see the big picture. The ENFJs focus is expansive. Some can juggle an amazing number of responsibilities or projects simultaneously. Many ENFJs have tremendous entrepreneurial ability.

ENFJs are, by definition, Js, with whom we associate organization and decisiveness. But they don't resemble the SJs or even the NTJs in organization of the environment nor occasional recalcitrance. ENFJs are organized in the arena of interpersonal affairs. Their offices may or may not be cluttered, but their conclusions (reached through feelings) about people and motives are drawn much more quickly and are more resilient than those of their NFP counterparts.

ENFJs know and appreciate people. Like most NFs, (and Feelers in general), they are apt to neglect themselves and their own needs for the needs of others. They have thinner psychological boundaries than most, and are at risk for being hurt or even abused by less sensitive people. ENFJs often take on more of the burdens of others than they can bear.

Using this I got ISTJ. This is the first time that I've taken this type of test. I thought it pegged me pretty well.

I'm an ENFP! That stands for Everyday New Fun Possibilities! (and yes, I test to ENFP)

OPhiAGinger 02-27-2014 10:17 PM

I'm an ISTP and it's dead-on accurate. I love the way MB defines "introvert" as someone who recharges their battery by having quiet time alone. Although I am quite comfortable in public speaking situations, being around large groups of people in a social setting totally drains me. That's horrible at OPA events like our national convention because I am truly having a great time, but I have to give myself a timeout to make it through the whole convention.

Am I the only INTP around here?

I've taken several tests over about 25 years, same result. First time, it was part of a team building exercise at work. It really helped -- especially with my boss. She was ISFJ --almost exact opposites, helped us understand each other better.

My husband and I took this as part of our pre-marital counseling; at that time, we were both ENFP. I also took it in a graduate class. The older I get, the more ENFJ I get. I think this is a result of having more experience in professional/social situations -- now I can readily answer some of the questions, whereas I previously had to speculate on some of them. I can also see where I definitely align with the ENFJ type, in terms of personality, teaching, and parenting style.

I'm an ESFJ along with Bill Clinton. I used to be E/I border line but am fully E now.
