I am not real sure, but I can imagine that place after 1000 Betas left there??!! :o

I dont know why. I guess I remember that in the magazine one year. If we left a place like that it would definitely be a kodak moment.

Any experiences or suggestions for Daytona Beach? This seems to be the direction our plans are going....

?

One of our sisters has a condo in the Bahamas & she invited us all, but we have to pay for plane tickets. We're not sure if that plan is still on or not, because she hasn't mentioned it for a while. Otherwise we might go to Cancun or maybe just a theme park.

Spring Break UBC-style

Up here in Vancouver we do things just a LITTLE differently ... instead of spring break, we have what our school officials call 'reading break' for a week towards the end of February - did I mention that we went back to school Jan 3/02 ?!? Let's just say that 'reading break' CANNOT come soon enough - midterms are even starting this week (ahhhh!!) Now, to get back to the topic at hand - spring break - one of my sisters & I (& possible a few more) are heading down to Ft. Lauderdale for the week while its still quiet ... I'm super excited & almost counting the days until I step on that plane (just under 4 weeks to go!!)!!

A question ... has anyone been down there in mid-February?? The debate was either to go there or to Mazatlan, but once you've spent a night in a hospital down there (long story!) with a HUGE needle being given to you, um ... it's not the first place that you want to be going back to.

Cheers :D
