I was interested in seeing how the 1940's costs compared to 2013, so I applied the appropriate inflation coefficient (16.40) from Dollartimes.com. I looked at new initiate first semester costs and the costs for subsequent semesters living In House and out of House. Very enlightening to see the 1940's costs in 2013 adjusted dollars.
