Since my last comment, I saw the SECOND best probate I have ever seen. Spring 2001 "Equinox" of the Kappa Rho Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. at the University of Virginia (my alma mater) held it down too!

Those ladies were on point. Their greetings were tight, steps were full of precision, and the show in general was incredible.

Much respect to DST especially Kappa Rho. Y'all ladies have much to be proud about.

Folks I think they "run the yard" at UVA. I love my chapter, but dag those ladies are good. *smile*

One show that comes to mind was, I think, Spring 98 or 99, Alpha Xi (FAMU) Kappa Alpha Psi. They made a grand entrance at the probate site in white stretch limousines. They were wearing white tuxedos with Red accesories. It was a really tight show, very classy.
Another was of the Beta Alpha (FAMU) Alpha Kappa Alpha's, I want to say Spring 98. The ladies also "came out" wearing tuxedos, black ones with green accesories. It was really nice. They had on tuxedos but they looked ultra feminine. The big sisters were present making sure of that (fixing the pledgees hair between scenes...gotta love that http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/smile.gif)
The last probate show that I saw was of the infamous Spring 00 line,Beta Alpha (FAMU) Delta Sigma Theta's. They were wearing overalls I think, that said "Property of DST". I dont recall if it was this show or a step show, but the theme was various destinations that the line was taking the audience to and at the end they said "Thank you for flying Delta airlines."
