Ladybug84..I agree 2 minimum for each chapter, but if you are offered more, then take them up on it. There is always the off chance that someone that says they are sending in a packet for your daughter doesn't actually send it.

One tip to "remind" the rec writer is to have your daughter send out a thank you note to them about 2-3 weeks after she gives them her folder. If they have forgotten to send it, this will remind them.

The picture labels are printed. My daughter just has to pick which ones to use, and since she has a hair appointment for right after prom - with the intent of going about 6 inches shorter, I have advised her to wait until after that before putting them on any of the pictures. We may still use her wallet-size formal picture, but have to do a full body shot anyway. Knowing her, it will be the same basic hairstyle, just less hair, so hopefully it won't be too drastic. If it is, we'll manage (and pass out those formal pics to every family member and friend).
