Remember the Blendy Pens commercials? You put two different markers into the "Fusion Chamber" and then you could produce a multi-colored drawing. Our kids were always mocking on the way the announcer talked with an exaggerated voice. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JqY9zD3P0HA

After our son went through 5th grade reproductive health, we asked him what he had learned and if he had questions. He said, "Well, basically we learned that the mom and dad go into the Fusion Chamber and produce a baby!" Thank you, Blendy Pens!

The one where the woman is so distraught at the thought of peeling hard boiled eggs that she has to get a special container to cook them in.

And my pet peeves, the Cami Secret and the Trendy Top. HOW ABOUT JUST GETTING CLOTHES THAT FIT/ARE WORK APPROPRIATE YOU STUPID COWS.

Hey, Cami Secret is great - in Houston layering is really something you try to avoid most of the time. Slap one of those puppies in and I don't have to worry about showing too much while lecturing. I don't know why so many suits are cut what I consider too low.

Not the funniest product, but definitely the funniest infomercial: Beastie Boys Hello Nasty

Silliest infomercial product I think could be the Tajazzle (crystals for your pubis) or the Comfort Wipe. Considering how lazy we are, I think owning stock in the Comfort Wipe might be a smart investment plan.

Not silliest, but I Just Had. To. Have. It.

The Caruso Molecular Steam Hair Setter. I believed every word of the informercial. When I finally got it in the mail, I instantly opened it and repeatedly burned my fingertips on the "revolutionary" steam action.

The curls never came out like they did on the commercial.

This is a newer version of the infomercial, but the fantastic promises are just as insane!

I will never forget the day I accidentally found my roommate's in a drawer. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. She was mortified that her secret was out. :o
