Since I'm all about compromise these days, it seems like there is room for some with this situation. There are big reasons to go ahead with rush, but losing a member of a fraternity in a Greek system of this size (large but not so large that this guy and this chapter wasn't known by a lot of the sorority women) would seem significant enough for some acknowledgement by the sororities. And probably a teachable moment about risky behavior.

But maybe a 1 week delay instead of a 5 week delay? Of course, there could be football or other things between now and then that are interfering.
