Alpha Epsilon Pi has their chapter list online at their National web page, while it is split up (active Canada, active USA, active Israel, inactive chapters), Epsilon Phi isn't on any of them. Next step (when I can) is to check Baird's (1991), but I'm not expecting to find it...

It's pretty disturbing, because I am an active in The Tribe (AEPi) and our chapter (Epsilon Phi) is underground until we get through IFC, even though nationals are beggin us to get initiated. Kinda awkward to be so similar to those guys.

I'm sure this kind of stuff will get you 'through IFC' in no time. Maybe you should tell your nationals you can't initiate yet because you haven't hazed your pledges enough.

Hey, I just was elected as Pledge Master for the next batch of freshies and I need some ideas on how to mold them into the perfect brother.

Obviously, my fraternity has its traditions and secret operations, but there needs to be some creativity.

The pledge master is basically a liaison between brothers and pledges, and isn't always the one barking orders, but sometimes he is.

People whine about hazing and that its bad from the start, but that isn't true. It's bad when its physically tormenting, which is often unnecessary. Its the MENTAL aspect that shines.

With that being said, I need task ideas for the little punks to instill brotherhood, and while also giving me and the guys a laugh.

Any answers will be appreciated.

Here's one for you, AEPi allows initiation of most colony members. For a chapter to be unrecognized I'd still bet they were allowed initiation (or at least formal induction).
