I got the Keratin treatment this past summer. I will definitely get another one this upcoming summer. You can't wash your hair for a few days after you get it, so keep that mind when you schedule it. At least for me, the last day without washing it was the worst!

I've had the Global Keratin Treatment before. Apparently there are different levels, and I get "medium" so that it doesn't totally take away my curls.

The shampoo and conditioner that I was told to use with it though (the Global Keratin Shampoo with juvexin) is crap though. I switched to a different sulfate-free shampoo because I tried to wash out hair spray after I was in a wedding and it took four washes for the hair spray to be gone.

I use a keratin based shampoo and conditioner and it took a little longer, but I got the same results as a commercial treatment after about 2 weeks... and for only about $25. It's a decent option if you're looking to get the same look but without spending a ton of money or risking potential damage to your hair. Plus it smells AMAZING.

That's definitely something I'd give a shot... what brand, and where'd you find it?
